La Piccola Italia in Bad Hofgastein

Ambience is great, staff is friendly. Soup was mediocre; main dishes were also nothing special. It took 30 minutes for the soup to come and another 30 for the main dishes (pasta). Slow wait is definitely not worth it!!!

The food was excellent, but the service was very poor. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and beer and only got spaghetti and it Bolognese. The waitress accused me of placing the wrong order.

A restaurant owned by Italians, which serves authentic Italian food. Everything is fresh and tasty. We especially loved the Bruschetta.

Excellent little Italian restaurant in the centre of the town. Sensible prices and great service. Highly recommended.

A very good localisation. It is open relatively long as compated to the others. If you arrive late in the evening to Bad Hofgastein you can go there and still have a good Italian meal

Worst pasta I have eaten in a while. Tasteless and siding (prawns) over cooked. Half decent selection of wines.

Very nice place! Prosciutto for starter was delicious, so was the salmon with spinach. Everything so fresh! They have fantastic wheat bear :) Wa waited little bit long, but it was Ok and worth it. Looking forward for next visit! :) hopefully

We had a really lovely experience here. The food was good; we had a shrimp starter which was fresh and tasty, for mains we had a bolognese and a carbonara both of which were really tasty and fresh! The wine was also really great.

Not happy that the cooks and staff go around the corner of the restaurant every ten minutes for a cigarette. Hope they are washing their hands well.

Stable Italian! Spaghetti with garlic and shrimp was superb! Nice staff without being done.

Very good food! We ordered the penne salmone and spaghetti bolognaise. Plenty of sauce and great flavor. For dessert, we got tiramisu. Great! It was cozy inside and nice to sit.

Saw them making coffee it hurt, please tamp with a lot more pressure and more evenly, flush the group right before and after you pulled the shot, purge the steam wand before and after you use it and if possible grind on demand (the ground coffee goes bad in as little as 5 minutes) and probably most important of all is to feel the temperature of the pitcher while steaming the milk, if it's just to hot to touch it has the perfect temperature (65°C) the food was pretty good and the staff were very friendly.
